My husband and I haven't been able to use our garage door since March. There is a horrible jarring noise when the door goes up, and then it gets stuck halfway through the process. The door is able to go down fine remotely, but nothing can be done going up. The door will also work fine manually. One call to Casey fixed our entire problem. He was very honest and knowledgeable about our particular drive motor, diagnosed our problem, and provided our solution in less than 20 minutes. I couldn't be happier with his service! Casey was punctual and very polite. He explained and showed me why the garage door was not working. Redid wiring that another company had done improperly. (2 companies actually) lubricated everything. Put grease on contacts so that they wold not rust out as fast. (Salt air is ****** garage doors). Adjusted the door property - it wasn't going up as far as it could. Now I can open the back hatch on the car and it doesn't hit the door. I can't say enough good things about this company. Please use them. You won't be sorry.
